Hi, I'm Kari Lynn Lopez, I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with a certification in Human Services for Substance Abuse. Personally in recovery for more than 17 years, I have five years of experience in addiction treatment. My expertise includes MAT/Harm Reduction services, trauma-informed care, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Tapping, Behavioral Modification, meditation, breathwork, and a working knowledge of 12-Step-Based Recovery.
